Position Summary:
Performs, supervises, and manages financial management activities. Defines problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Interprets an extensive variety of financial data, technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and with abstract and concrete variables. Interacts with associates, customers, suppliers, service providers, and other industry professionals. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Major Functional Responsibilities:
May supervise associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution. Ensure duties are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
Administers company policies and participates in budget and strategic planning. Creates and/or reviews financial reporting, as reviewed by operating company President and senior leadership.
Manages the Accounting Department using independent judgment and discretion. Coordinates activities of department for which responsibility is delegated to further attainment of goals and objectives.
Creates and reviews analysis of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department progress toward stated goals and objectives as pertaining to Profit and Loss (P&L) / balance sheet / cash flow. Reviews financial data for accuracy, and resolves discrepancies, including end of year audit.
Proactively develops and maintains effective reporting and management processes to identify, measure, and drive business decisions from key financial information while safeguarding resources. Manage and implement advanced systems, policies and procedures related to the organization’s fiscal function and performance.
Enforces financial discipline/guidelines and controls. Oversees processing, verifies, financial data, reporting, asset management and other processes as assigned.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance or related area with supervisory experience.
