　　Roles & responsibilities

　　You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and administering sales dashboards

　　Additionally, you will actively participate in sales meetings, processing input from sales leadership and incorporating it into the dashboards

　　It is essential for you to comprehend the architecture of our state-of-the-art sales incentive tool, taking ownership of the tool and continuously improving its functionality

　　Furthermore, you are expected to have a thorough understanding of existing data ecosystems, such as Snowflake, PowerBI, and Data Verse, and integrate them with our sales dashboards

　　Your role also involves ensuring proper data quality and providing support to users in troubleshooting scenarios

　　Role requirements

　　You possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, business information systems, or a related field

　　With a background of several years in a progressive financial or data-driven role, you are well-equipped for this position

　　Experience in a high-tech, enterprise software, or SaaS organization is advantageous

　　Having worked in a global organizational setup would be also beneficial for this role

　　You are self-motivated and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks. A forward-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude is crucial

　　Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in German would be an additional asset

　　Lastly, you also possess excellent knowledge of data analysis and visualization, preferably in PowerBI
