Job Description

　　SMG FPnA team is an organization within SGnA Central Finance supporting Sales and Marketing Organization. As part of organizational realignments to accelerate Intel's IDM 2.0 strategy and long-term competitiveness, SMG will be creating a new supergroup, Intel China Group (ICG) to enhance Intel's ability to serve the market more effectively in China by ensuring PRC team has the autonomy needed to engage with both local and global teams. As such, we need to have support for ICG FPnA work.

　　Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Consolidation of ICG and presenting to management

　　Setting directions to the other analysts within ICG

　　Budget and HC management - working with SMG Ops partner in ensuring budget is utilized in the right area

　　Close and forecast activities (Update/POR/Plan) - variance analysis and reporting

　　Drives standardization/modernization projects

　　Support strategic and other ad hoc projects/requests to enhance the overall operational efficiency

　　This role will require some off-hour support during critical period

　　Qualifications

　　The candidate should possess a Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting or related areas with min 7 yrs working experience. Additional skills set require:

　　Great team player, works well and collaborates with others to achieve quality results

　　Ability to manage time and resources to meet commitments and solve issues in a dynamic environment and following through on details

　　Able to build professional relationship with business partners internally and externally

　　Uses data to influence decision making and able to optimize the process

　　Comfortable to present to management/senior leaders

　　Basic-knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI)

　　Must be proficient in Mandarin language

　　Working Model

　　This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
