We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our Finance Rotation Program as Analyst. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive experience across various finance disciplines within onsemi . As a Finance Rotation Program Analyst, you will have the opportunity to spend 6 months within each of the different finance departments, including Corporate Accounting, Investor Relations, Business Unit Finance, and Manufacturing Finance. This rotational structure will enable you to gain a deep understanding of our business and industry while building a strong foundation in finance.

　　The start date for this position will be June 2024.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Participate in rotational assignments across different finance departments to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of finance.

　　Collaborate with the corporate accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.

　　Assist in financial analysis and forecasting, including revenue projections, expense analysis, and financial modeling.

　　Support investor relations activities, including financial communications, investor presentations, and analyst interactions.

　　Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

　　Collaborate with business unit finance teams to analyze financial performance, develop budgets, and support strategic initiatives.

　　Engage with the manufacturing operations finance team to analyze costs, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive operational efficiencies.

　　Assist in evaluating and implementing financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

　　Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes, policies, and procedures.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special finance projects and initiatives.
