　　What you'll do

　　As a Finance Operations Associate in Regional Payment Team within Procure-to-Pay you will be responsible for the timely and accurate fulfillment of various tasks supporting the Team in processing different types of payments.

　　Provide support for payment related activities in EMEA region by:

　　Preparing WHT certificates

　　Posting documents for manual payments

　　Downloading invoices

　　Checking payment batches

　　Preparing tax declarations

　　Keeping track of bank tokens

　　Preparing administrative messages

　　Other related tasks as assigned

　　Manage and ensure the above listed tasks are performed on-time and according to standard processes

　　Contribute to the success of the team

　　Deliver efficiency and quality improvements of the payment related operations

　　In our Team you will get invaluable experience by learning and understanding the payments process flow, system set ups and EMEA country specifics. You will also interact with different stakeholders like Accounts Payable, Treasury, Travel and Expense, etc.

　　Good written and spoken English

　　Very good command on MS office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

　　Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated

　　Finance background is an advantage but not required as full training will be provided
