Overview
We are looking for a Finance Manager of Utilization and Clinical Analytics to join our team. This position will directly report to the Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis and is responsible for developing and preparing analyses of financial programs for both the Utilization and Clinical as well as provides financial recommendations to leadership.
Lead, design, and implement data requirements to drive Gentiva’s clinical operations objectives, driving data driven insights and informed decision making.
Works cross functionally across clinical leaders to standardize, prioritize, and automate the data analysis processes to ensure consistency, data accuracy, and effective communication.
Acts as liaison between multiple stakeholders including Utilization, Clinical, Finance, and Vendors for the domains of Pharmacy, Durable Medical Equipment, and Medical Supplies.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems
Minimum 7-10 years finance modeling, analysis, and budgeting.
Strong knowledge of financial operations to include rate/volume analysis, variance analysis and strategic
Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) data preferred.
Experience in Medical Utilization, Procurement, or Medical Payables desired.
Strong knowledge using analytical tools, including, R, Python, SAS, Tableau, Hadoop, Power BI, or related tools.
Able to translate financial concepts to effectively collaborate with those with and without finance
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,
Intermediate skill with a Referential Database such as SQL to be able query data from various data sources and to develop efficient data management tables.
Intermediate skill with Power BI which includes the ability to create new charts, pages, and KPIs based on operational necessity.
