Need 10 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operator to work in Minnesota Lake, MN. From: 03/01/2024 - 12/31/2024 Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Job Duties: Drives/operates farm machinery, plant, cultivate, spray, fertilize, harvest, store grain crops of corn and soybeans. Attach farm implements, e.g. plow, disc, drill to tractor, till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tows harvesting equipment, drives/operates self-propelled combine to harvest crops. Performs duties like lubricating, repairing farm machinery and transports produce to elevator or storage area lifting at least 100 lbs. Must be willing to obtain an appropriate driver's license (class D) within two months of employment. If applicant does have a license, applicant must furnish employer with current drivers abstract showing acceptable driving record. Job Requirements: (3) Months Experience; Obtain Class D License; Be able to lift 100lbs.; No High School Diploma Required EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
