　　This is an exciting opportunity to join the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Sales, Marketing and Global Services Finance team! We are looking for an entrepreneurial and data-driven Finance Manager to partner with our Go-to-Market team in delivering on our strategic initiatives and acceleration programs across AWS Global Sales in EMEA. The successful candidate will support senior Business Development and Sales Leaders in developing strategic initiatives, dive deep into business drivers, identify measures of success and performance benchmarks, build and implement mechanisms to drive governance and cross-functional ownership.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　• Influence business decisions with effective verbal and written communication, data driven analysis and modelling, and presentation of options and alternatives

　　• Collaborate across executive leadership to analyze input and output goals, assess business performance, and optimize resource allocation

　　• Build and implement review mechanisms to consistently inform business leaders on Go-To-Market team's performance against goals, produce insights and drive action-oriented discussions

　　• Build robust financial methodologies and models to provide multi-year revenue growth projections

　　• Perform various ad hoc analyses to help business leaders solve business problems and understand the financial implications

　　• Apply controllership and governance on Operating Expense and relevant Program Spend

　　• Build rhythm of the business processes that deliver ongoing insights and support day-to-day decision making along with simplifying and automating processes and reports

　　• Engage and influence across the AWS Global Sales teams, Finance, Partner Sales and Operations hierarchy, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize our customer’s experience, achieve common goals, and monitor risks.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

　　Demonstrable Finance experience, with ability to partner with senior leadership, and produce analyses that aids strategic decision-making

　　Advanced proficiency in Excel experience working with large-scale data mining, and using reporting tools (i.e. Excel, Tableau)

　　Experience in building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Knowledge of SQL/ETL

　　MBA, or CPA

　　Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

　　Experience working in a matrixed environment working with Sales teams on structuring of strategic, complex, opportunities, and/or customer facing in a solution-oriented capacity

　　Comfortable with ambiguity and creative problem-solving, ability to work with autonomy
