FP&A Manager

What you will do
You, as our FP&A Manager are responsible for the delivery of day-to-day finance activities and providing FP&A support for Budgeting and Forecasting.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Responsible for managing cost planning, reporting and analysis pertaining to commercial supply agreements.
Provide support to the close process for Cost of Sales partnership.
Provide support to commercial supply agreement audit, where applicable
Supports the Finance and FP&A team in: timely production of forecasts of Cost of Sales budget in coordination with various stakeholders as well as managing budgets, latest estimate, and variance analysis
Responsible for supporting the continuous improvement agenda.
Contributes to a learning environment, supports the team's growth and development, and enhances learning methodologies and technical tools, where applicable

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team leader with process improvement and communication skills. The candidate will be detail-oriented and result-focused and will have a proven record of problem-solving and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
University Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
Experience in accounting, budgeting, and planning
Excellent user of Office Programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Fluency in English both in written and oral communication
Preferred Requirements
Studies specialized in finance (Accounting, Financial planning, and analysis, controlling)
Working knowledge of IS systems (Hyperion, Tableau, SAP and Alteryx) would be an asset.
Basic knowledge of US GAAP
