Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Integration Director to join the Data, Power & Control Division.
nder direction of the VP of Finance for DPC this role will provide overall integration project management for our newly acquired business, ZPE Systems. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance professional to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of financial processes. This position will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing finance and accounting-related integration activities.
What Will You Do?
Financial Integration Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial integration strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Evaluate existing financial processes and systems to identify areas for integration and improvement.
Manage a detailed project plan outlining key milestones, deadlines, and resource requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams from both Legrand and ZPE Systems to understand existing financial processes, systems, and reporting structures.
Collaborate with IT, HR, and other relevant departments to ensure a unified approach to integration.
Systems Integration: Oversee the integration of financial systems, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
Implement best practices for financial data migration and consolidation.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Streamline financial reporting processes to provide accurate and timely insights to leadership.
Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for optimization.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with the integration process.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Required Skills
Education: BS in Accounting, MBA a plus. CPA certification required.
Experience: 5-7 years of accounting/auditing experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must have exceptional project management skills with strong auditing background and extensive knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP
Must demonstrate good judgment, well developed business ethics, integrity and consultancy skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively and effectively while managing multiple priorities.
Requires travel approximately 25% of time.
Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
