　　Roles & Responsibilities:

　　Review financial statements and underlying systems, transactions and data to understand trends to identify issues and opportunities within subject area. And approve significant entries.

　　Determine and execute broad communication on significant topics for subject area.

　　Consult, train, communicate and lead efforts around subject of expertise including interaction with internal and external parties. As well as Work with Treasury audit and compliance related activities.

　　Develop forecasts for operating plans, financial allocations, and daily operations (e.g., cash, interest expense, investment returns, insurance expense, credit risk, settlements).

　　Partner with global counterparts and Global Share Service center (GSC)

　　Recommend acceptable accounting procedures or methods to align with GFS, SOX and Finance compliance.

　　Manage a team associated with, or provides specific critical accounting counsel related to, areas such as shared property/inventory systems, consolidation, compensation and benefits, M&A, external financial reporting and other matters.

　　Collaborate with members of the tax and accounting teams to enhance results and create efficiencies. And respond to information requests from external auditors.

　　Lead team in governance efforts including tax return filings, tax authority examination, tax accounting. Research, analysis, and interpretation of existing and proposed legislation within specific tax technical area (tax or accounting) for key changes and impacts to 3M.

　　Serve as a key participant in the execution, establishment and maintenance of appropriate accounting policies or procedures.

　　Supervise a team working in the subject area or lead and coach peers in subject area. And provide tactical direction/prioritization to work group.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor level university college or above degree or equivalent is generally required, or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related discipline preferred.

　　Advanced degree preferred (MBA).

　　Applicable professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, MIA, CPD).

　　Experience or advancement in ERR deployment is preferred.

　　Good knowledge in Thai GAAP/US GAAP & TAX is preferred.

　　Good command in communication both English and Thai
