　　As a Division Controller, you will be supporting the Power Management Division and report to the Group Controller. Responsibilities include:

　　• Strategic partnership with the business VP to gain appropriate alignment and understanding of key requirements and outcomes to drive profitable growth

　　• Revenue and Gross Margin analysis

　　• Preparation of unit costs and pricing analysis

　　• Appropriate delivery and presentation of key insights and value to key business leads

　　• Strategic and annual plan forecast support

　　• Collaboration across multiple functions like engineering, manufacturing, finance, sales, and operations

　　• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the financial support and operational expectations for the organization

　　• Support capital spending requests

　　• Ad hoc financial analysis, as necessary
