Our team brings channel expertise to Unilever, cross fertilising Unilever’s Oral Care business and exploring new channel opportunities.Our Unilever Pharma France business is supported by a dedicated Finance Business Partner located in Paris. This role is the Finance partner to the General Manager of Pharma France and his team. A successful incumbent will bring anentrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and the ability to deal with conflicting priorities. The role will support the Pharma France team through transforming information into actionable insights and with that shape the agenda of theorganisation. The role will also require good networking & communication skills to benefit from local shared services in France and the European Pharma Finance community. Currently this role is leading 1 temporary resource.The Finance Business Partner Pharma France is reporting to the PC Finance Director for DACH & Italy, Skin Cleansing and Pharma Europe.
Main Job Purpose
The Finance Business Partner Pharma France is taking full ownership of the local P&L management, is overseeing theOrder-to-Cash flow and works together with the local accounting team to ensure compliance with French regulations.
Missions include:
Business Partnering (eg. communicating results & corrective actions, Innovation & business support)
Planning & Budgeting S&OP / Forecasting
Month End closing procedures (including accruals/controls)
O2C: Monthly review of sales reconciliation & coordination of corrective actions
Project work to drive continuous improvement
Interaction with Audit
Sharing insights with the European Pharma Finance community

Professional skills and experience:
Business and financial acumen, solid P&L understanding
Strong Excel skills, Power BI is a plus

Good Communication/Visualisation skills, delivering a message concisely – both in French and English
Leading others (directly/indirectly)
Experience of working effectively in cross functional teams and in project management is an advantage
