　　This Role and the Chicago Cubs:

　　Levy Restaurants manages all food, beverage, and retail operations for the Chicago Cubs and their related entities. While the Cubs themselves are pushing the envelope for their organization, Levy Restaurants is right alongside their vision to solidify their spot as one of the top entertainment destinations in Chicago. This is where this role fits in. As a Financial Manager at Levy Restaurants - Wrigley Field you will be supporting Levy’s efforts to improve processes, conduct important analysis for the Chicago Cubs, provide support to the Levy Finance team, and continue to provide a top-tier fan experience year after year.

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Financial Reporting and Analysiso Produce weekly, monthly, annual client deliverables

　　o Support Finance Director in creation of monthly decks for Chicago Cubs executive team

　　o Analyze results for all business units versus prior years and versus annual budget

　　o Assist Finance Director in creation of annual budget materials

　　Financial Forecastingo Submit weekly forecasts for business units assigned by Finance Director

　　o Update 30, 60, 90 day forecasts in accordance with company schedule

　　o Communicate with internal leaders to inform business predictions

　　o Improve forecast accuracy through continual learning of business units and their unique characteristics

　　Finance Operationso Act as liaison between Finance Department and technology partners

　　o Communicate reporting discrepancies to technology partners and follow up until issues are resolved

　　o Manage network of point of sale devices and ensure that transactions are being routed correctly

　　o Assist in ad hoc requests from internal departments (excel model creation, file enhancement, business solutions)

　　o Assist in process improvement of all aspects of financial operations

　　CONTROLS

　　Thoroughly and accurately use applicable Levy systems (Everest Financial Reporting Package, MyVenue, SkyTab, Mashgin, RetailCloud, Shopify, Reserve, FreedomPay, Shift4, TSYS, atVenu, among others)

　　Execute required financial reporting tasks in a timely and accurate manner

　　Ensure financial forecasts are completed in accordance with company reporting schedule

　　Assure that all aspects of financial operations are conducted in accordance with Levy Core Signature guidelines

　　SKILLS

　　Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; this role is client, guest, and internal facing

　　Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills required; modeling, Power Query, and automation skills strongly preferred

　　Strong grasp of mathematics and statistics required

　　Self-starter; ability to take ownership of responsibilities and tasks in congruence with department expectations

　　Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously to completion

　　Perform with a high level of accuracy, thoroughness, and effectiveness. Attention to detail is paramount

　　Ability to meet deadlines

　　Must be flexible with schedule and able to work through periods of high activity during the baseball season

　　English reading, writing, and computer skills required

　　Hybrid/flexible schedule; 3-4 days/week in office, 1-2 days/week remote
