The person in this role will also haveopportunities to do continuous improvement on all reporting including digitalizationof reporting.

　　Yourtasks and responsibilities:

　　As FinanceAnalyst – OTO ASEAN, You will be responsible for below tasks:

　　Offer to Order

　　You will support HoF and Sales Team inthe business development phase to drive profitable growth and adherence tocompany guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of offers and orderplacements.

　　You will thoroughly review deals incollaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure timely approvals and alignment with companystandards and objectives.

　　You will support HoF in the draftingof contractual terms and conditions with support from Legal Counsel. Assist HoFin preparation of Contract Handover documentation to ensure smooth transitionfrom sales to contract execution.

　　You will support HoF, Sales,Logistics and Project Management during contract execution including timelyissuance of relevant purchase requisitions and price book maintenance.

　　You will ensure all OTO documents areaccurate, up-to-date, and stored in the company’s designated systems.

　　Period EndClosing and Financial Reporting

　　You will assist HoF in preparingmonthly journal vouchers for customer rebates and managing their timely payout.

　　You will provide timely and accuratefinancial reporting to local management and sales team to assist them informulating pricing and margin strategies.

　　You will prepare and aid in internaland external audits.

　　You will support HoF in performingany tasks as and when required from time to time.

　　You will identify continuous improvement opportunities particularlywith a view towards the digitalization of processes and reporting tools thataid the creation and maintenance of management information dashboards withup-to-date and meaningful information for both monitoring and decision making.

　　Yourqualifications and experience:

　　You have a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience ina Finance role with good exposure to other internal stakeholders includingmanagement.

　　You have a degree and consistent outstandingacademic record.

　　You are ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or similarlyqualified is an added advantage.

　　You have experience within the Healthcareindustry, particularly Medical Technology or Digital Health Solutions ispreferable but not essential.

　　Yourattributes and skills:

　　You are confident in working independentlyafter receiving instructions and able to interact with colleagues in otherfunctions to complete tasks and identifying continuous improvementprojects.Ourglobal team:
