Relocation provided.Responsibilities:Perform production analysis and reporting to ensure projects are within negotiated and agreed upon budgetsPrepare project budgets and provide analysis such as funding profiles, time-phased labor and non-labor expenditure profiles to support production activitiesHelp build and continuously enhance financial models in excel based on industry specific operating metrics including scenario and sensitivity analysis based on different factorsAnalyze and identify production data required to support model trackingRecommend and implement process improvement measures and identify key financial as well as non-financial risks and advise mitigants for those risksCreation of content and ability to present data to support program, financial and operations reviewsLead program teams and compile estimate at completion (EACs) at the WBS element and program levelLead metrics and financial performance reviews with the production teamData mining across diverse data setsPerforms risk & opportunity analyses and provide potential solutions. Work with production team to develop recovery plansQualifications:Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or analytical field5+ years of post grad financial analysis experience, to include preparing project budgets and providing analysis such as funding profiles, sales forecasts, time-phased labor and non-labor expenditure, and conducting analysis/reporting to ensure projects are within negotiated and agreed upon budgetsExperience with data mining across diverse data setsExcellent written communication and presentation skillsIntermediate Excel proficiencyExperience with helping business managers meet financial targets and deliver resultsUnderstanding of underlying business processes and the impact of financial decisionsMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Desired:MBA, or Master's Degree in FinanceExperience with Deltek, COBRA, or other cost/schedule integration toolsExperience with SQLCompensation range for on site WA applicants is$100,800---$141,120 USDInclusivity StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
