Description

　　We are partnering up with an outstanding company in North County and are currently looking for a dedicated File Clerk to join our team on a contract/contract-to-hire basis. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and ready to contribute to a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!

　　Responsibilities:

　　Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems

　　Sort and categorize documents for easy retrieval

　　Assist with data entry and document scanning as needed

　　Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information

　　Collaborate with team members to support overall office efficiency

　　Requirements

　　Available for an immediate start

　　Open to a contract/contract-to-hire arrangement

　　Local candidates only (no remote work available for this position)

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent (AA degree is a plus)

　　Proven experience in a file clerk or administrative support role

　　Strong organizational and multitasking skills

　　Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents

　　Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
