Help us make our Farm Fresh Goodness Great!Assist the Agricultural Manager in the planning, direction,organization, and coordination of sourcing, receiving, cold storage,grading and transportation of crops as assigned. Also, assisting ingoverning the management of Company farms in the area of landpreparation, planting, pesticide applications and harvesting.Responsibilities: Manage and complete grower contracts. Sources rawproduct at lowest cost and best quality. Ensures compliance with allgovernment and company rules, policies, and regulations. Hires, trains,and motivates personnel within the department. Maintains raw productreceiving stations, weighing, hydrocooling, sampling, and transport ofproduct to cold storage. Coordinates harvest timing and operationalschedules between growers, plant, and development. Promotes coordinationand planning between departments such as: budgeting, contracting,farming, repairs, harvest, etc. Record keeping, handling of chemicals,mapping, pretesting, and traveling.
