This role sits within the Career Distribution (CD), which is atthe forefront of working across the home office and sales force as oneteam to achieve the sales and growth objectives the company expects,while delivering the experience our distribution needs and deserves.Reporting to the Assistant Director, Practice Management Execution, theFinancial Advisor, Practice Management Consultant; creates and deliversthe experiences, content, processes, and metrics that support advisorpractices though Succession and Continuity planning and Ensemble teamingconsulting and support. Provide 1x1 consultations with advisors todesign and execute succession/continuity plans. Assist advisors with theexecution of Ensemble teaming agreements and documentation for StrategicGroups or Succession Affiliates. Designs and delivers improvements ofprocesses, systems, policies, communications, and enabling technology.Develops and delivers learning content, virtual learning, scripting andrevisions to best practices, and facilitation of workshops and otherlearning venues. Works across the enterprise to ensure effectiveimplementation of distribution strategies and initiatives.Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in organizational development,education, training, consulting, or related field, or equivalent workexperience. Minimum of five years of experience in talent learning anddevelopment or consulting, with a demonstrated record of collaborativeproblem solving, learning needs assessment, and training contentcreation. Demonstrated ability to manage the content, process anddynamics of collaboration. Proven ability to be responsive to changingbusiness needs, manage and prioritize concurrent assignments, and handleambiguity. Strong written and oral communications skills withdemonstrated ability to communicate technical information and conceptsto clients with tact and diplomacy; strong facilitation skillspreferred. Applies Agile/Lean principles to promote efficiency andflexibility Ability to write professional program and presentationcontent, brochures and documentation Understands print, video,interactive, and eLearning development processes. Devises processes fortracking and measuring data and information so that program usage andresults can be tracked for measurement and process improvement purposesDemonstrated ability to turn concept into a field deliverable.
