Overview
The field social media manager for Select Medical's Outpatient Division will join the company's Communications & Branding (C&B) Department with the role to curate and create organic social media content across the west region's physical therapy centers. This creative thinker and meticulous executor will partner with C&B colleagues as well as field leadership, sales and center clinicians to write and produce content that informs, educates and engages healthcare consumers about the company's outpatient rehabilitative programs, services, benefits and outcomes.

This position reports to the outpatient division's vice president communications and branding.
Responsibilities
Produce fresh, creative and visually-supported social media content, media posts and campaigns within Emplifi.Collaborate on social media strategy alignment across all Outpatient Division brands and markets, shares best practices for unified success.Coordinate with internal business partners throughout the west region to optimize organic social media growth.Establish a strategy and framework that promotes Outpatient Division brands and services targeting current and prospective patients.Ensures brand consistency through tone and voice across Outpatient Division.Demonstrates high understanding and proficiency across all social media platforms and content automation tools such as Emplifi.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required in digital communications, marketing, advertising, or related field requiredMinimum of 3-5 years of social media experience required.Previous social media experience with content creation; healthcare, consumer goods, retail, or sports background a plus.Creative thinking and strong written and oral communications.Ability to use consumer insights data, platform performance, and key social trends to inform the development of strategies and plans.Working knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques.Understanding of graphic design principles and video editing skills.
