　　Description:

　　This healthcare client is looking for a Field Technician to sit primarily in Norwich, CT with some travel to nearby sites. This role is a contract to hire without a set timeline. It could be a 3 month c2h or 7 month c2h etc. It will sit onsite 5 days a week in Norwich. This person needs prior Desktop support experience . This individual will be handling onsite hardware support such as:

　　• Perform all aspects of computer set-up, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades, and maintenance.

　　• Perform proper troubleshooting for ticket escalation (i.e., creating accurate and complete description of the client's problem).

　　• Analyze the client problems with Windows Client & Server operating system skills, including wireless devices and networking equipment.
