　　What you can look forward to as a Customer Quality Engineer:

　　Lead the Advanced Quality Plan in introducing new products / Customer Programs following ZF's A_61 process and the Product development process GDPEP. This responsibility starts with Gate A3 and ends with Gate 6.

　　Report Status to Program Management and Head of Quality.

　　Moderate Cross functional review of APQP Elements involving the necessary departments and document the Results in ZF's Program Management Platform "Clarity" and - if required by customer - in the OEM APQP platform.

　　Responsible for the timely execution of APQP Elements and indication / escalation of non-fulfillment.

　　Supporting: create Quality related elements of Phase 2 and 3 (Quality offer) such as reviewing customer Service Level agreements / CSR's and compiling ZF's responses by moderating the necessary reviews, Develops initial Control Plans.

　　Provide input of Read Across/ Lesson Learned as per GDPEP deliverables.

　　Support onsite audits at ZF mfg. locations for launch readiness.

　　Your profile as a Customer Quality Engineer:

　　Bachelors Degree in Engineering.

　　3-5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing / supplier quality / customer quality / research and development and / or APQP in a safety related commodity.

　　Communicative, thorough, and assertive with a proven ability to drive a cross functional team.

　　Able to apply statistical tools and evaluate FMEA.

　　Thorough understanding of Quality Management IATF 16949.

　　Deep knowledge of AIAG Core Tools: FMEA, APQP, SPC, MSA and PPAP.

　　Auditor qualification VDA 6.3 preferred.
