Position Summary:
As the Field Services Site Team Lead you will be supporting a team of Field Services Technicians. This position will be located in Tempe, AZ which supports Semiconductor customers in the Phoenix, Chandler, and Ocotillo areas.
Responsibilities
Manages and maintains the installation schedule, including regular review with the customer to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
Coordinates project activities from inception to completion with account management, order entry, human resource, planning, customer, procurement and engineering utilizing both company and Customer systems.
Directly responsible for installation technicians team production, schedule and efficiency
Linkage with customer and other trades to resolve obstruction issues and delays in scheduling.
Revises installation schedules and priorities as result of an evolving project schedule
Forecasts operational maintenance with increasing cost effectiveness with management
Reviews and analyzes installations, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and operating or installation problems
Responsible for promoting a safety culture, ensuring that all safety requirements and training needs are met, managing safety incidents, compliance, and reporting both internally and to the customer
Oversees all aspects of managing the employees on the team, including: recruiting, training, coaching and development
Collaborates with other corporate functions, including Finance, Safety, Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years’ experience managing a field service team of 20+ team members
Must be in the Phoenix Area, or Ocotillo, AZ
Field experience working in a Semiconductor Sub-Fab
Project Management experience (Lean or Greenfield a plus)
OSHA 30 certification
Intermediate Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Products
Intermediate Proficiency in reading, writing, and analyzing blueprints
Demonstrated proficiency in managing customer relationships at multiple levels within the customer organization
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management
Project Management Certification (PMP)
SolidWorks Experience
MBA is a plus
