As a Field Service Technician, you are responsible for the service and support of all equipment sold by the company, off-site from the company location. When the technician is not working off-site, they will be working in the company shop.

　　Requirements

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　· Tests and operates equipment to ensure they work correctly.

　　· Follow installation and operation manuals.

　　· Responds to service requests and repairs products.

　　· Assist customers in the operation of equipment.

　　· Basic electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting skills, welding, schematic reading,

　　· Collaborates with sales team, managers, and plant technicians.

　　· Follows all company policies and regulations.

　　· Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.

　　· Must have a valid Driver’s license.

　　· Basic computer skills-windows and office preferred.

　　Education:

　　· A two-year associate degree or equivalent training and experience with agricultural equipment repair is preferred.

　　Experience:

　　Agriculture equipment repair: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:

　　Driver's License (Required)Willingness to travel:

　　75% (Preferred)Work Location: On the road and in the shop
