Field Service Supervisor

As a Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee our Contract Maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. Your strategic mindset and operational expertise will drive the success of our contract maintenance operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will report directly to our Contract Service Manager and you’ll work remotely on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our contract maintenance operations, the satisfaction of our customers, and the growth of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee your assigned contract maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize contract maintenance operations and improve customer satisfaction

• Assist Contract Manger with project forecasting, help manage the financials of assigned projects

• Monitor and analyze contract maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

• Provide technical guidance and escalation support to contract maintenance technicians

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Perform site audits for performance and HSE compliance

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service management or a similar role

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technologies

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
