　　This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, lookingfor the next step in their career. As a Field Service Representative you willbe responsible for :

　　You will beresponsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performingpreventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare Lab Diagnosticequipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.

　　You will beresponsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs as well asadequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance,resulting in superior customer satisfaction.

　　You willmanage financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceedingbudget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.

　　You willmanage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer,tools, inventory parts, etc.

　　Establish andmaintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as wellas performing necessary administrative duties accurately.

　　Integrateeffectively into the service team:

　　Mustdemonstrate excellent judgment in customer relations and in managingcompany resources; strong competency in instrument systems technology toinclude mechanics, electrical, chemistry, and software technology;experience with electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

　　Workeffectively within a diverse and dynamic team environment.

　　have strongcustomer service and communication skills.

　　You have theability and experience to establish and maintain proper businessrelationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessaryadministrative duties accurately.

　　You areproficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.

　　You haveexperience in testing, repairing and maintaining advanced technicalequipment.

　　Support oncall rotation time, territory and inventory management

　　Standby andafter-hours responsibilities

　　BiomedicalElectronics or Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma

　　2+ yearsTechnical Field service experience needed

　　Strongmechanical and technical ability and experience

　　Solid computerskills with understanding of IT and Networking

　　Consistentcustomer-centric mindset

　　Organization,prioritization, and time management mastery

　　Criticalthinking and problem-solving abilities under pressure

　　Valid driver’slicense

　　The base payrange for this position is CA$65,000 - CA$85,000 annually; however, base pay offeredmay vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annualincentive target is (10%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers avariety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holidaypay.
