　　Our Mission First Team delivers excellence daily by providing exceptional IT Support to GEOINT Analysts and Mission Partners in multiple locations world wide. Our program is expanding and we are looking for qualified professionals to join our team!

　　What is the position?

　　This position will support the 66th Military Intelligence Brigade in Wiesbaden, Germany by providing IT Support to GEOINT Analysts. The candidate will conduct routing and complex troubleshooting to resolve problems related to desktops, phones, printers, and other devices. The candidate will also perform updates to servers, and networking devices with support from Engineers.

　　What will I get to do?

　　• Investigate incidents, identify and implement solutions for Tier I, II, and III issues

　　• Provide support for hardware/software issues over the phone and in person

　　• Support end users with SOCET GXP Geospatial Intelligence Software

　　• Support end users with ArcGIS Enterprise Platform, GeoServer Suite, and other GIS tools

　　• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot user workstations

　　What qualifications do I need?

　　• Must Have an Active Top-Secret Clearance with an SCI designator. (TS/SCI)

　　• IAW DOD 8570.01-M, DFARS 252.239.7001, and AR 25-2, Contractor employees supporting IA/IT functions must be baseline certified to at least IAT Level 2.

　　• Knowledge/experience with GEOINT toolsets including SOCET GXP, GXP explorer, ArcGIS Enterprise Platform, GeoServer Suite, ENVI, QT Modeler, Jira, Sketchup Pro.

　　• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products.

　　• Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines

　　• Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and colleagues.

　　• Experience with workstation imaging processes/software

　　• Strong knowledge of deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of workstation hardware

　　$74,436.56 - $119,096.32

When determining a salary for this role, the following factors may be taken into consideration - contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience.
