　　We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to help us in the Chicago Land Area!

　　All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

　　Provide installation support, maintenance, modification and/or repair on digital pathology equipment.

　　Document and complete service administration activities in a timely manner to follow ISO, FDA, and Leica policies.

　　Maintain spare parts stock within budgetary limits to improve customer up-time and field service-related metrics.

　　Control expenses to maximize the profit contribution to the company.

　　The essential requirements of the job include:

　　Associates Degree with 3+ years of experience OR 5+ years of equivalent technical work experience. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

　　Minimum 2 years IT and networking experience.

　　Possessing a valid Driver’s License and meeting fleet eligibility requirements

　　Travel - at least 90% daily travel with frequent overnights

　　It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

　　Diagnosing and repairing medical devices, electromechanical equipment, or scientific instruments

　　Field Service Engineering
