What you’ll do:
Job Summary
Conduct field work such as: commissioning, service, system configuration, repair and installation at customer sites, especially focused on CCTV solutions for the Oil & Gas offshore market.
Resolve similar and varied problems which require some fact finding, clarification, and basic analysis. Most solutions will be found within normal operating processes and policies. Requires basic problem-solving techniques to define problems and identify solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct field work such as: commissioning, service, system configuration, repair and installation supervision at customer sites.
Troubleshoot & faultfinding of IP Network.
Perform remote support to customers via advanced online functions.
Work with all levels of customers with varying degrees of technical expertise.
Conduct system maintenance course to our clients.
Provide solutions and active participate in aftermarket. Provide recommendations regarding CCTV solutions to Product Line Manager, based on feedback from agents and customers views.
Report non-conformance.
Develop methods and best practices for delivering outstanding service.
Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
Qualifications:
Education level required
Bachelor in engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, IT or similar) Technical knowledge
IP Network knowledge for use, configuration and troubleshooting.
Fluent written and spoken Norwegian and English language.
Skills:

Willingness to travel >75% of your time, mainly to offshore sites.
