Job Description
The Field Sales Manager is responsible for selling Infinite Campus products to prospective K-12 public school districts within their assigned territory to meet or exceed the sales goals set forth by Infinite Campus. Must be legally authorized to work within country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B) now and/or in the future.
Job Responsibilities
Understands Infinite Campus’s product features, benefits, capabilities, operations and solutions; can communicate the Infinite Campus solution message effectively.
Knows the competitive landscape and can differentiate Infinite Campus from the competition.
Communicates with prospects to understand their student data needs, requirements and purchase process; and works to establish specific sales-call objectives that make specific recommendations that address customer’s needs.
Maintains contact with prospects on a regular basis; establishes courses of action which overcome objections, and provides timely response to prospect’s needs throughout the purchase process.
Knows when to leverage internal and external resources to insure a successful sales process.
Maintains accurate, timely and complete prospect records.
Attends scheduled sales meetings.
Demonstrates positive team-oriented attitude in dealing with internal staff and external sales prospects.
Performs related work as required. .
Desired Background
Experience with K-12 public schools desired
Sales of software to K-12 public schools a plus
Familiarity with K-12 public schools within the assigned territory
Consistent performance meeting sales goals
Experience working with a sales team to achieve a common goal

High job-related travel (>50% of your time) is anticipated
Position must adhere to the practices and procedures outlined in the master security guidelines.
