　　Position Summary

　　Responsible for helping drive key metrics around field asset inventory within commercial operations by utilizing different types of data, collaborating in the development and improvement of processes and reports, and developing / managing relationships with several key process partners including sales, finance, and marketing.

　　Essential Duties & Responsibilities

　　Along with the daily communication with process partners through emails, phone calls, and attending meetings, the business analyst in commercial operations will help manage the inventory through the following:

　　Providing insight to individual sales reps around current vs obsolete inventoryUnderstanding ordering maximums for high running products in each BUReviewing sample budgets and performance with Regional ManagersDevelop and enhance Power BI reports associated to Authorized AcquisitionsExamine AA PO's to ensure proper reconciliation with AR/FinanceReview SEKO dashboard concerning trial pool inventory, tracking turns and trial pool size, also delinquent trials with Sales/Finance

　　Physical Requirements

　　Sedentary work: may exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to move objects. Generally involved sitting most of the time. Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention ability
