Description:

　　Do you have experience working to produce fiberglass frames in the marine, aircraft or aerospace industry? Would you enjoy working with a quickly evolving, exciting, innovative start-up company? Come join a team that serves a purposeful mission with a break-through product!

　　The fiberglass technician will support prototype builds of the company's autonomous product, to include duties such as locating and drilling access points into cured fiberglass and bonding parts to fiberglass. They will work on a small manufacturing team (total of 10-15). An ideal candidate is someone who has a worked to do similar work on fiberglass material/frames within the marine, aviation or aerospace industry, who has a passion for mechanical projects and problem solving, and a positive attitude. Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.

　　*This will be a 2nd Shift position*

　　M-F either as early as 3pm-11pm / as late as 5pm-1am (they are working to confirm exact start time for 2nd shift)

　　Some OT may be necessary during this project timeframe- must be open to some OT as needed

　　Climate Controlled assembly shop and corporate headquarters offices

　　mechanical, fiberglass, Mechanical assembly, Power tool, start-up, wet layup

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　MUST Have a minimum of 2+ years of recent experience with:

　　Cured Fiberglass: locating and drilling access points, boding parts to it

　　Mechanical hand and power tools such as torque wrenches, drills, cutting tools, etc.

　　Experience working within a manufacturing or R&D environment

　　BEST vs. Average:

　　Wet layup experience with fiberglass

　　Experience supporting a start-up company

　　Hobbies include working on mechanical projects on spare time

　　Additional:

　　Proficient in Microsoft applications

　　Ability to Lift 50+lbs

　　Experience Level:

　　Intermediate Level
