Cromwell Architects Engineers is seeking a Federal Programs Manager.Candidates should have exceptional interpersonal, presentational, andorganizational skills as well as the ability to build rapport and trustwith key clients, executive leaders, and team members. Candidate must beable to maintain positive, persuasive, open, and professionalcommunication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Must be a US Citizen.

Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Seeks the opportunities, presents the possibilities, and identifies thecontracts and resources needed to propose.
Assist with proposals, answers RFIs with outreach to clients as needed,and follow up through contract award.
Campaigns for follow up Task Orders and pulls together the teamsrequired for initial meetings with a Technical Manager (TM) who assumesIndividual project leadership responsibilities going forward. PgrMsupports TM through completion, including Title II.
Identify, develop, and expand business development opportunities acrossDoD including US Air Force, USACE, NAVFAC, DOI, GSA, DHS, and otherFederal agencies.
Facilitate strategy discussion and collaborate with team to developstrategy and win themes.
Provide proactive client management to align expectations, contractrequirements, budgetary constraints, and maximize CPARS.
Routinely provide independent technical review and Quality Assurance onfederal A-E projects.
Promote industry engagement through participation with the Society ofAmerican Military Engineers (SAME), and other relevant organizations.
Provide leadership across Cromwell\'s Federal A-E program - promotingclient focused delivery and mentoring project staff on federal AEdelivery standards.
Conducts research in local business operations and staffingopportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
15+ years supporting AE project delivery, including 10+ years ofrelevant experience supporting the Federal Government with AErequirements.
Bachelor\'s degree in architecture or engineering/relative experience
Direct experience with federal DoD and civilian agency deliverystandards.
Experience in all phases and technical aspects of facility design, fromprogramming through post construction services.
Ability to travel (client/internal meetings, conferences, project sites,etc.)
Relevant experience supporting USACE, USAF, SHD, GDA, and/or DOI.
Experience providing rehabilitation and modernization upgrades toexisting facilities while preserving historical structures andlandscapes.
