MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Act as Program Headquarters for in-scope incentive programs – manage and respond to inbound calls and emails from various stakeholders. Includes inquiries and appeal/exception requests.

　　Maintain effective communications related to incentive programs, including website presence on FMCDEALER, announcement and update bulletins (FMCDEALER), and announcement of winners

　　Manage the Bulk Oil Commitment contract process, including maintaining the Oil Database (purchase data tracking vs. commitment) and acting as key point of contact for new contracts, expiring contracts, renewing contracts etc.

　　Support financial approvals related to Oil Commitment contracts, chargebacks etc.

　　Create and launch Dealership incentive programs in the Ford of Canada “Spin to Win” website

　　Track program performance and provide summary files (winners) to support payments

　　Conduct required program audit checks to support internal control compliance

　　Develop, maintain and fulfill (winner rewards) for 6-10 Ford Protect Spin to Win incentive programs annually – including announcement and update bulletins, reporting and payout processing

　　Administer the Annual Journey to Success Ford Protect travel incentive

　　Monthly processing for the Targeted Parts Discount Program (Pull Data, submit DSI)

　　COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

　　Strong oral/written communication in both English and French.

　　Process oriented and able to manage multiple separate but related projects ongoing

　　Highly committed to continuous improvement, while applying innovative solutions with a customer first mindset.

　　Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with customer and dealer inquires.

　　Proficient with MS Office software applications and Sharepoint.

　　Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills.

　　Experience with scheduling and budgeting.
