W Milan is currently recruiting for a B+F Supervisor to join the pre-opening in Milan.
Reporting to the B+F Outlets Manager, the main responsibilities of the positions are:
supervising the B+F teams, managing the daily operations of the outlets
applying brand service standards
ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

What you’ll do
In charge of the restaurant outlets operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
Manage the restaurant team in assigning tasks, ensuring compliance with standards of service and health and safety measures
Train team members and ensure compliance with company required training
Represent and be the face of the hotel to all guests.
Engage guests with the origin, vintage, and style of various cocktails.
Obtain change required for expected business level and keeping bank secure at all times.
Participate in interdepartmental meetings and internal ones
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines
Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
Balance the cash register at the start and close of each shift.
Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
Order and restock outlet inventory on the company system
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
A flexible, ambitious and positive team player who acts all over the venue and supports the B+F team beyond his/her own outlet.
What we’re looking for
Possess a good command of English and Italian.
An excellent verbal manner and proven customer service skills.
Good knowledge or experience of the hospitality industry, ideally knowledge of Birchstreet and Opera
Good organization skills with an attention to detail.
A team Player with flexible & positive attitude.
Good leadership and training experience.
Passion for the hospitality industry.
Able to work in a fast paced environment & remain calm under pressure.
Be able to demonstrate experience in complaint handling.
Availability to work late nights, weekends and bank holiday as we operate 365 days a year.
