　　About the Role - POSITION SUMMARY

　　Complete closing duties: store reusable goods, break down goods, clean equipment and areas, return equipment to proper locations, lock refrigerators, restock items, turn off lights, lock doors, and complete daily cleaning checklist.

　　Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.

　　Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use.

　　Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.

　　Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.

　　Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.

　　Use clear and professional language when speaking with others.

　　Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.

　　Support team to reach common goals.

　　Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

　　Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
