Workers will be required drive tractors to help prepare fields forplanting, plowing, disking,
putting out fertizer, planting and harvesting crops, minor repair andmaintenance to farm
vehicle and equipment, cleaning shop area and yard, drainage work,irriagion work, cleaning
house, and keeping the yard and fields free of debris, field sanitationduties, help moving
cattle, repairing fencing, feeding cattle, and any other general laborjobs that may arise in the
operation of a grain and cattle farm. Drug tests may be administeredpost-hire at no cost to the
workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workerscompensation
guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result inimmediate termination. Workers
must be physically able to perform all duties described. Workers mustfollow all work and
safety rules.
