We need an employee to assistwith these job duties during our crop production season from March untilDecember when equipment are used and repairs are needed.

　　Job duties include: Calculate bills according to record of repairs made,labor time, and parts used. Clean and lubricate parts. Dismantledefective machines for repair, using hand tools. Drive trucks to haultools and equipment for on-site repair of large machinery. Examine andlisten to equipment, read inspection reports, and confer with customersto locate and diagnose malfunctions. Fabricate new metal parts, usingdrill presses, engine lathes, and other machine tools. Install andrepair agricultural irrigation, plumbing, and sprinkler systems.Maintain, repair, and overhaul farm machinery and vehicles, such astractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems. Reassemble machines andequipment following repair, testing operation and making adjustments, asnecessary. Record details of repairs made and parts used. Repair bent ortorn sheet metal. Repair or replace defective parts, using hand tools,milling and woodworking machines, lathes, welding equipment, grinders,or saws. Test and replace electrical components and wiring, using testmeters, soldering equipment, and hand tools. Tune or overhaul engines.Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance. Adjust vehiclecomponents according to specifications. Calculate costs of goods orservices. Clean equipment, parts, or tools to repair or maintain them ingood working order. Confer with customers or users to assess problems.Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair. Fabricate parts orcomponents. Inspect mechanical equipment to locate damage, defects, orwear. Install machine or equipment replacement parts. Install piping forinstallation or maintenance activities. Lubricate equipment to allowproper functioning. Maintain repair or maintenance records. Move largeobjects using heavy equipment. Read work orders or descriptions ofproblems to determine repairs or modifications needed. Reassembleequipment after repair. Repair defective engines or engine components.Repair pipes to stop leaking. Repair structural components. Repair worn,damaged, or defective mechanical parts. Replace worn, damaged, ordefective mechanical parts. Service vehicles to maintain functionality.Test electrical circuits or components for proper functioning. Testmechanical equipment to ensure proper functioning. Employer may providepay increases for performance and experience at employers discretion.Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract atthe employers discretion. Must be a certified mechanic, diesel mechanicor have an equivalent foreign red seal certification. Require 6 monthsexperience and a regular drivers license.
