　　Summary/Objective

　　The FBA Supply chain coordinator is directly responsible for facilitating the inbound and outbound transactions of a new commercial aircraft program, managing the buying and selling process of goods through purchase orders and customer orders. This position requires various stakeholders from multiple locations and cross functional departmental backgrounds.

　　Essential Functions

　　• Tracks supplier production schedules and ensures that key critical delivery needs are met to the customer.

　　• Responsible for preparing work flows for each material bought and sold.

　　• Prepares supporting tracking files to know the stages of all materials from each supplier and to the end customer. (multiple company detailed tracking report).

　　• Manages supplier and customer conference calls and minutes.

　　• Support cross functional departments to provide and receive information.

　　• Collaborate and manage the detailed inventory at each location in the supply chain and customer locations until point of sale to the customer.

　　• Maintain recording and filing of all critical documents required by FAA for aviation materials. (physical and file copies).

　　• Responsible to ensure all paperwork is provided by all suppliers, including shipping, quality, purchasing and financial documents.

　　• Transact material flows in ERP system and Customer's systems.

　　• Lead Procure to Pay : Create Purchase Orders in ERP, send them to vendors and receive goods in ERP

　　• The ability to be proactive to connect with the correct stakeholder to get information and complete tasks.

　　• Assists in developing and maintaining the IT platform between company and supplier or customer.

　　• Updates policies and procedures as needed to keep in compliance with internal control guidelines and day to day operations of the department.
