Two years of home visitation experience ispreferred. This position requires successful work with prenatal, infantsand young children and their families or primary caretaker. Advancedinterpersonal skills and knowledge of programs and community resourcesto integrate clients\' needs and desires into detailed written caseplans as well as the ability to work with a diverse population in waysthat are culturally competent, non-judgmental, supportive and empoweringare needed in this role. A valid driver\'s license with a reliablevehicle, auto insurance and an acceptable driving record and the abilityto manage a flexible schedule in order to meet client needs, which mayinclude evenings, are also required.
