Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects

　　Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards

　　Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process

　　Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights

　　Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions

　　Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests

　　Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft

　　Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems

　　Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred

　　Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools

　　Special projects as needed

　　Education and Experience Requirements:

　　To be considered as an intern, Fall 2024 Applicants must plan to graduate from their current academic program after Dec. 2024 or plan to continue their education in the Spring 2024 (ie. Bachelors to Master's).

　　Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA at the time of application is required and must be listed on the submitted resume. GPA must remain above a 2.8 through the Fall semester and through the Spring semester for Summer 2024 internship.

　　Must have reliable transportation to and from work for the duration of the internship

　　Must be available to work at least 14-16 weeks, 20 hours a week (full time), in person during the months of August/September through November/December 2024 for Summer internship

　　This position will be posted until 3/31/2023, and interviews will start by April.
