Facility ManagerFacilities Management AVC - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (23009172) Reporting to the Senior Facility Manager, the Facility Manager is responsible for the coordination of all Facilities Management services and all communication with Building Representatives and building users as required. The incumbent ensures that Facilities Management services in the facilities under their area of responsibility are performed in a professional, consistent, and timely manner, in accordance with the Facilities Management Division goals and objectives.
Job SummaryManages building operations and maintenance and monitors provided services to ensure compliance with schedule, budget, and standards. Coordinates all internal and external contractors, workers, and vendors. Designs a suggestion and complaints system and ensures resolution. Schedules shutdowns and coordinates emergency response efforts.
Essential Functions Facility management, emergency response, tenant coordination and scheduling, stakeholder communication, coordination of trades effort, coordination of custodial effort.
Physical Effort Light physical activity such as walking between buildings, walking to various points on campus, etc.
