JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Facility Maintenance Technician Location:Hartland, WI Job Id: 4033 # of Openings: 1 Position: FacilityMaintenance Technician Position Overview: This role is responsible formaintaining the building and grounds, as well as performing janitorialand minor equipment maintenance, as necessary. Location: Hartland, WIEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform maintenance on thebuilding and grounds, including but not limited to restrooms,landscaping, signage, door locks, loading docks, roof leaks, and HVACcleaning. Perform facility related routine preventative maintenancechecks. Responsible for overall recycling and garbage disposal. Performjanitorial duties to support cleaning service during first shift, asnecessary. Perform meeting room set-up. Support office staff needs.Responsible for outside winter preparation and assist with sidewalk snowremoval. Responsible for minor plumbing repair. Work in a safe manner tokeep you and your team incident free. Perform other related duties asassigned. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities: A team playerwith excellent communication skills. Ability to think abstractly to dealwith ambiguous/undefined problems. Ability to be flexible and adjustpriories to reflect changing needs or job demands. Strong analytical andorganizational skills with attention to detail. Strong mechanicalaptitude with ability to operate maintenance equipment including hand orpowers tools, company vehicles, and snow blowers. Basic computer skills.Electrical, Pneumatic, and Plumbing knowledge a plus. RequiredQualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Forklift and scissor lift operation license. Ability tolift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs. safely.
