Keep accurate records of maintenance activities,including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments tocoordinate and execute facility improvement projects. Adhere to safetyprotocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment foroneself and others. Assist in the identification and procurement ofnecessary supplies and materials for maintenance activities. Stayinformed about industry best practices, technological advancements, andrelevant regulations to enhance the efficiency of maintenanceoperations. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent; vocationalor technical training in maintenance-related fields is a plus. Provenexperience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a facility orindustrial setting. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, andplumbing systems.
