Competitivewages and Flexible hours Job Description Essential Duties andResponsibilities: Work unsupervised, as a self-starter while carryingout preventive / predictive maintenance on facility equipment. Bechallenged by unique situations that require out of the box solutions.Get well compensated for on call, off hours, repair requests. Learn avariety of technologies including but not limited to chillers, shakers,water-baths, pumps, valves or any other automated or manual equipment.Learn facility specific processes and use that knowledge to maintainequipment. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards such as: GMP,OSHA, FDA, EPA, DEA and other state and local codes. Promote a safe,secure and positive work environment. Comply with any applicablepersonal protective equipment requirements. Work in a clean pleasantenvironment. Duties include all aspects of facility maintenance andinfrastructure. Interface and maintain \"Green\" Building systems.Opportunities for technology specific training. GMP/GLP environmentQualifications To perform this job successfully, the individual must beable to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirementsbelow are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.High school diploma required, Some secondary education preferred Highschool, Some secondary education light carpentry, plumbing, andelectrical knowledge. Industrial Maintenance Technician certification or2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
