　　The Blue Seal Boiler Operator operates, repairs, and maintains gas and oil-fired boilers and all associated equipment in the power house in a technically accepted, safe, and efficient manner,

　　The operator identifies safety issues such as hazardous environments, leaks, equipment issues, etc,

　　Monitoring and operating Siemens Fire System Panel

　　Monitoring BMS HVAC computer

　　High School graduate or equivalent with on-the-job or formal training equivalent to a related program in an accredited vocational school,

　　Minimum 3 years direct work experience related to boilers and generating equipment,

　　A State of New Jersey Stationary Engineering Blue Seal licensure is required,

　　Must possess and maintain a valid N,

　　J,

　　State Driver s License,
