　　Description

　　EPS (Engineering & Property Services), part of the Site & Supply Chain Services is recruiting a Facility Coordinator. The position will be based in Beerse and reports to the local Sr Facilities Manager and is part of the facilities team.

　　Taking care of our European Distribution Centers in Belgium assets is important to support the Deliver activities in Beerse, La Louvière and Courcelles. Deliver supplies our patients with much Innovative Medicines and Medical Technologies. Therefor we need to ensure reliable, compliant, safe and cost-effective facilities.

　　Main Responsibilities:

　　Act as E&PS single point of contact for the Deliver stakeholders at the different sites

　　Capture business needs and translate them in actionable solutions/action plans

　　Pro-active attitude to unburden Deliver organization with E&PS related topics

　　Organize periodic meetings with relevant stakeholders to report out

　　Manage a team of external soft and hard services providers at the Courcelles and La Louvière sites

　　Work in close collaboration with the E&PS colleagues at the Beerse site to support Beerse Deliver activities (40-60% presence on site required)

　　act as first point of contact for Deliver

　　Supervise/coordinate maintenance activities performed by contractors

　　Prepare work permits and comply with safety procedures/guidelines

　　Follow up on and document activities performed

　　Place vital orders for services and/or spare parts

　　Follow-up financials (opex and capex) and capital projects

　　Provide input for and update long range financial plan with respect to business needs.

　　Prepare and present business cases for capital projects

　　Participate in projects for current buildings and systems (replacements, expansions, improvements) adding hands on knowledge to the team

　　Implement, ensure compliance with and follow up on Global E&PS programs at the Deliver sites

　　Apply all required GMP procedures

　　Qualifications

　　Education:

　　Master’s degree in engineering, life sciences etc. or equivalent experience requiredExperience, Skills & Knowledge:

　　Minimum of 5 years maintenance/ facility mgmt experience

　　Strong problem-solving skills and a ‘Can do’ mentality.

　　Able to delegate, steer a contractor population

　　Good technical and maintenance knowledge required

　　Strong stakeholder management and communication skills required

　　Able to work independent and achieve results through others
