　　Responsibilities include operation and maintenance of plant equipment, building repairs and preventative maintenance activities. Requires average supervision.

　　Required qualifications:

　　Coursework/Training: On the job training and/or trade school education.

　　2 years' Experience in a hospital setting.

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　Associate's Degree in Technical trade.

　　Experienced electrician.

　　Experienced plumber.

　　Experienced mechanic.

　　Experienced carpenter.

　　Experienced painter.
