About Facilities Technician

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　This person is responsible for assisting the facilities manager in assuring that facilities run in orderly condition including but not limited to:

　　Checking in quick ticket system daily for issues regarding all facilities.Repairs or place service calls on broken machinery and or vehicles.Year- round grounds maintenanceMaintains building, performing routine maintenance activities.Ability to obtain a chauffeur and hi-lo license.Operate an overhead crane.Driving company trucks for general errands```{=html}
