About Facilities Technician 1 (Courthouse)

　　· Performs maintenance duties as required.

　　· Stocks department supplies.

　　· Checks boiler, gauges, and other equipment for proper operation, and makes minor adjustments if necessary.

　　· Makes rounds to ensure safety within buildings.

　　· Collects trash and recyclables.

　　· Transports materials to/from proper departments.

　　· Changes light bulbs as needed.

　　· Cuts grass with hand mower or riding tractor.

　　· Shovels snow from walks and driveways.

　　· Paints buildings, fixtures, and other objects as required.

　　· Assists with setting up and cleaning for special events.

　　· Performs custodial work as needed.

　　· Performs other job related duties as required.
